That's what Alvida Groom Photography's images are. They're more than just a snapshot. She finds magic in every image she snaps. She took photos of my 3-month-old puppy and my 14yo daughter (a puppy and a teenager!!!) Somehow she created magic in those photos. She got my teen to actually SMILE and look at the camera! She got my puppy to sit still and stare into her lens. Pure professionalism. So many perfect photos that I can't even pick my favorite! I really look forward to working with her again soon. I met Alvida while she was on a photo shoot with another customer. I publicly and loudly asked for her information. The customer she was with highly suggested that I must work with her. I looked her up that evening and she became available for me just a couple of days later. She was a joy to work with. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was very inviting. Alvida photographed my daughter for her senior pictures and I LOVE EVERY picture - I can't narrow them down!! From starting with booking the photo session, to hair and makeup by Anjel (she's terrific!!), to the actual photo session, everything was seamless!! Alvida made my daughter feel like a real model and it shows in the photos. Alvida's eye for light and background really complete the picture. Alvida is such a professional! She met with us first, got to know my daughter and really listened to our suggestions. Prior to the photo shoot she made suggestions, had my daughter send pics of outfits so she could have a sneak peek and provided a guide on what to wear and how to be prepared for the shoot. On the day of the shoot she was extraordinary. She clearly has a passion for photography and my daughter had one of the best days being with Alvida. She is spontaneous and fun, creative and kind.
