Elizabeth emailed me a year ago telling me how much she loved my work. She told me about her twin daughters and the red dress tradition. She said " When the girls turned one, we started our tradition of having professional photos taken every year near their birthday. I always use one of those photos for our Christmas card. On their first birthday, the girls were photographed wearing adorable smocked red dresses, and every year since, they have worn red dresses in their photos." This year, Elizabeth's twins decided to break the tradition and go with a casual look. I think they look absolutely beautiful and special and maybe I will get to see them in the red dresses at their senior portrait session next year!
